1/2	tb	Maple syrup
1/2	tb	Brown sugar
1/4	c	Canned pumpkin
1/2	ts	Vanilla extract
1/2	ts	Ground ginger
1/4	ts	Allspice
1/4	c	Pumpkin seeds
2	ts	Yeast (active dry)
